Yoga Mokshalaya invites participants of all levels to join our courses. For the 200 hr YTTC, prior experience in Ashtanga Yoga is essential. If you’ve practiced other yoga styles extensively, please research and ensure a thorough understanding of Ashtanga Yoga before enrolling.

In the 200 hr YTTC, you’ll conduct a 60-minute yoga class for your peers as the final assessment. In the 300 hr YTTC, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a 90-minute Vinyasa Flow Class, focusing on a peak posture.

The 200 hr YTTC emphasizes Ashtanga Yoga and includes twice-weekly Vinyasa Flow sessions. Students learn to teach Vinyasa Flow and attend Yin Yoga classes. The 300 hr YTTC offers two tracks: one focuses on Vinyasa Flow with alignment from the Primary Series, emphasizing adjustments, while the other delves into Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow for an in-depth exploration of Yin Yoga.

Ensure you obtain a visa before departure. Choose from 30-day, 1-year, or 5-year E-Visas. When applying, state your purpose as a “Yoga Holiday” instead of mentioning the course to simplify the process. Avoid student visas due to additional paperwork. Pack light, summer clothing, beachwear, and plenty of yoga attire. Include a jumper for cooler evenings, especially in January. Laundry facilities are available at The Yoga Village. Ensure your yoga clothes are suitable and culturally respectful. During classes, wear a vest/T-shirt (for both genders), and avoid short shorts.
